Pink Day 2008

This term, Walkerly House are rasing money for the Breaster Cancer Campaign, and organised a 'Dare to Wear Pink' day in the Senior School. It was really great to see that nearly every pupil had made a real effort to look the part and as a result we have raised over 150pounds for the Charity. The rules were that normal uniform would apply apart from any item that was swapped for something pink. Pupils then donated 1 pound for the privelege!

Some went for the 'all pink' look, whilst Year 10 girls chose to wear pink tights with normal uniform ....  could start a trend here!! Two Year 7 girls went '3 legged' for the day, whilst Mr Hampson received the 'pink hair' treatment from Mrs McMillan. Even Walkerly Wolf dressed for the occasion!
