Ski Trip to Maria Alm Austria

Ski Trip to Maria Alm, Austria, 4th - 11th April, 2009.

With the coach due at 1.45am and not turning up until 4.15am, to catch a 7am flight from Birmingham Airport, things did not auger well for this year's ski trip.

In the end, however, the flight was held for 30 minutes and the party arrived safely in Austria to find that heavy snow had fallen the previous week and that the skies were clear and blue. Ideal conditions for an enjoyable week's skiing. A fantastic time was had by all.
